She's a freshman majoring in Applied Mathematics & Statistics and made the Honor Roll her first semester (missed Dean's List by a single point). She had a ton of AP work done (which she aced) when she showed up, so she basically started at the sophomore level. The plan is to have her come out of Mines in four years with a Masters. She just interviewed for an internship with Deloitte last week-- I spent a LOT of time coaching her, so hopefully that goes well.
Yeah, we're pretty proud of her. R. PS: My undergrad was Earth Sciences/Geology as well!

And here you're a pilot and I spent most of my career in IT. Go figure.

Excellent investment, that is, in CSM (perhaps the watch too). I graduated awhile back in what was then Chemical Petroleum Refining, aka, Chem E. Worth the investment. Good for you.

Nothing as fancy as some recent posts here, but I needed a ladder for use around my house where the ground is not level. This ladder has self leveling legs. You can extend each leg by as much as 7" by stepping on the lever at the base. It also opens up to make a straight 20" ladder, although I doubt I'll use that much.
On sale now at Home Depot for $179 if anyone is looking for something similar.

Decided to replace my Xenon bulbs in the 7.
I've had the old school Osram Cool Blue Intense that have served me very well over stock bulbs. Now these Phillips are according to all reputable sources, the new king of HID Xenon bulbs. We shall see.... Literally. |

New cam with color night vision to replace one of my older, less capable cams. Works very well. Nice clear image in full color at night.
