Competition Package vs. Dinan modifications

Is the Dinan suspension (entire) suspension package really a night and day to the ZCP?

I can understand it being a material upgrade to the non-comp cars specially when you add Dinan (or other) wider tires up front.

For $4-5k for the suspension (Dinan) over ZCP, I feel you can get better value putting that money elsewhere. Don't get me wrong, it felt different when I drove it but to me was not material to my ZCP for the $$$ you pay.

As for the DT tune, I will stay away. I will rather go with an ECU tune with the likes of Steve's new company - Carbahn (they also offer some of warranty-ish).
