Bootmod3 running too lean

Ive been working with Bootmod3 for over a month now and they are NO HELP..they keep saying they will get back to me...

Ever since I switched from I have been throwing CEL for both banks too lean

mods:
-RK intakes and charge pipes
- alpha catless down pipes
-RPI exhaust
-CSF charge coolers

I am running the stage 2 with mild burble

someone suggested plugs, put in brand new NGK 2 stage colder plugs and still have same issue

How many miles on o2 sensors. Also do a data log to see what your fuel psi is when this issue is happening. These tunes request a much richer afr and if your fuel system is week it may not be able to keep up.

Sucks. You can argue with me about whether bm3 blows motors, but i dont think anyone can argue that their support is lacking.

i would get rid of the burble mod because that effect is done by dumping too much fuel in

Oem's burble is done in a complete different way then tuners pops and burbles via dumping fuel.

These tuners burble tunes would never pass emissions regulations nor would the cats last long enough..

Its a known fact dumping fuel into the combustion chamber on overrun is putting wear on the engine, specifically cylinder lining, turbo, and death to your cats if you have any with a burble tune which you prob shouldn't.

Ditch BM3 altogether, go with Mission Performance.

OP, are you using OTS tune? If so, it is your intakes causing the lean code as OTS is not adjusting to the change. I would stick with BM3 but get a custom tune, either from Halim Cazimi (HCP) or DME. both can be loaded from BM3 platform.

I have an HCP tune and love it. I've tried Jb4, OTS (91 and 93 octane), and believe HCP is by far the best. I'm sure DME tune is very good, too. Never tried them, though.

I would put back stock intake for a while and see if that fixes your lean issue

Has anyone tried to load the new updated stage 2 agg tune yet? I have version 0.10.081 and it is not recognizing my vehicle. New version I am trying to upload is version 5.0.

Also I would love to get halim's tune but he does not respond to any requests through bm3! I made the request two months ago. 😩

Also not trying to jack the thread as I have had no issues with lean codes with bm3 stage 2 agg. Have 97506 plugs gapped .020 and vehicle is running great! Raced a couple vehicles from 60mph on due to lack of traction. Car performed beautiful! Beat a hellcat modded and a c7 z06 on e54.

Post logs

It’s probaly your intakes they can cause a lot of issues without custom tunes especially if front mounted

Contact halim through email but he is very busy with other platforms since switching

Only other tuner I would use is DME through bm3
