Question for those living in GA with catless down pipes.
Hi all,
I am thinking about doing downpipes on my m5, and I was wondering how are you all getting around the yearly GA emissions when running catless downpipes? Are the tunes able to code this out so it’s not detected on the odb scan? Or is it something like mini cats connecting to the o2 ports? |

It's not a Ga emissions sticker, rather county by county. I live in Barrow county which doesn't require such. Catless as hell!!!

If you have downpipes, you have a few options to not have a CEL.
The most common and effective way is to tune it out. You can use a set of high flow downpipes instead of fully catless. Lastly, you could have a shop install some catalytic material in your pipes before the 02 sensors. I live in GA and tuned mine out. Good luck |
