Check out the following thread:
https://www.6post.com/forums/showthr...&highlight=ccb You defintiely want to be mindful of the edge of the rotors as M5Rick indicated. Also, be very careful with tire and wheel cleaners getting on the rotors. These are great brakes but they do bitch a lot once they get dirty. I clean mine with soap and water and that usually gets me a couple of weeks of peace. Below are some of the links, docs and vendor information I have accrued over the past few years. I am currently discussing the refurbishment process with the folks at Rebrake. Below are some links I have collected. https://f80.bimmerpost.com/forums/sh....php?t=1115439 https://www.getbmwparts.com/oem-part...Y4LWdhcw%3D%3D https://www.rebrake.de/en/ https://www.bmwux.com/blog/bmw-m5-m-...omplete-guide/

TinCanSailor Thank you for the details, I looked around and I think I would swap out to regular brakes as that would be cheaper for occasional track use, or continue looking for F10s with regular brakes vs the ceramics. The car I found lacked service records and had accidents on the Carfax, so no go, search goes on. Take care!
