BMS install help
So I was about to start with the BMS install but I had some main problems.
1) the wiring harness has 4 different sets, one set with 3 pin connector, one set with 4 pin connector, on set with 5 pin connectors and one set of just two cables. Which do I use and what do I do with the rest. 2) It is written in marker on the box S55. Dont know what that means but definitely dont see n63-2 anywhere. 3) What program do I install on my pc to fix the parameters of the JB. 4) DOes anyone have a detailed picture to picture guide of their installation? The guide provided is disappointing and doesnt provide enough details. |

Its all on the BMS website on how to install.
Your kit should on have 4 plug connectors. 2 are identical sets. 2 plug into the sensors of the engine and the other 2 plug back into the factory wire harness. |

Yeah, really sounds like you received wrong stuff. One set of cables came in my box. I have been emailing Ron at BMS with some questions since my install and he has been real helpful. His email address is on their site.
The install was pretty straight forward. I posted a video on the last thread I started after the install. |

Hey guys so turned out BMS sent me the S55 box (new M4) instead of sending me the one for the M5. He will be sending out the new one. The only problem is that since its coming all the way here, its gonna be at least another week before I can put in the tune ((
