Tried to code Euro MDM with this app, but it doesn't support DSC ECU.

ASD off
Comfort access timer to zero for closing
Seatbelt warning off

Multi codec enabled to allow playback of various formats
removed rear camera switch off after distance
Rear camera off speed increased to 50kph

all above is easy coding, plug in dongle and fire up your iphone. you can go into expert mode for more settings. needs a bit more info, not hard to find but gets messy with bits of paper and / or laptop in the car.

still to do

indicators in HUD
allow usb loading of hard disc with music etc
Nav route preview
I am sure I will find more cool stuff.
Can you share how you coded the seatbelts warning off and rear camera switch off? What does setting comfort access timer to 0 do? Thanks!

More convenient than having to enable/disable through the coding app and I can change settings while driving. Here is the link: BimmerLink for BMW by Stephan Gauch

If you code it to 'exhaust flap: ON', then does it remain open every time you start the engine without having to open BimmerCode each time?
From the sound of it, no. The bimmercode app sends messages constantly to the dongle that command the exhaust open or closed, so take the dongle or phone out of the picture, and the exhaust will go back to operating as it did before.

Last time I checked the reviews for this app weren't good and it's a lot of money for a bunch of not very useful features. Cash cow for whoever wrote it.

I am at work (I work away) for another 2 weeks. I cant remember how to do it I would need to go back into the APP and play with it. There are loads of "how to" online to talk you though it. Also the cheat sheet at the top of this page is very useful

There are a number of f10 coding cheat sheets out on the web. I've seen all these things you mentioned on them at one time or another. You can self serve and research it up. The cheats sheets are meant for ESYS, but you can do it with your app as well

Purchased the Veepeak OBDCheck BLE OBD2 thru Bimmercode website, had tried but the "Indicator Cycle" change from "3" to "5" blink still does not work on F10, any other ways?

3 blink is really too short....

The iOS App is $26 IIRC to unlock the ability to code your M5. Well worth the money in my opinion as the entire buy-in price comes in right around $50 USD and the App is super easy to use

The anti dazzle question has been asked in this thread a couple of times without a response - I too am interested in this.

When I emailed BimmerCode they responded instantly and no its not currently supported.

[Edit]

I spotted this regarding Expert Mode (F87) in BimmerCode

It's not possible to control the exhaust valve with coding on the F10 M5 because it's vacuum controlled and not electronic.

I've simply tied mine open with SS wire.

Fair enough but someone said it can be done with bimmer link...? Not discrediting what you said though buddy

It's not possible with the stock vacuum flap on an F10 M5. It is possible on many other BMW models because they are electric, and not vacuum.

Perhaps that's where the confusion is.
