Fuse location for horn

Does anyone know where the fuse is for the horn? I can't seem to find this on the diagram

UK cars it's 3 and 38 behind glove box cover at back.15 and 5 amps. You'll need fuse holder and a small torch.

So I checked the fuses and both are fine. It was 8 and 62 in the Canadian option. 15 and 30 amp. This all occurred after I had a battery charger on the car. I removed the contacts incorrectly from the battery and I can only assume that is when the short happened. Any ideas on what else I can check or do y'all think I need a new horn? Also when I press the horn I can hear a click in the glovebox.
