Hi

Got a 2013 F10 M 5 LCI which has done 32,300 miles.
Dash computer says needs vehicle check and brake fluid.

Any major hardware changes due?

I wouldn't follow or trust the onboard computer to give accurate information. "vehicle check" is as simple as it sounds. They want you to take it to the dealer to spend your money for them to look for issues.

At 30k miles, it could be due for multiple services, but without knowing what was done previously, it's hard to say for sure. Assuming NOTHING besides oil changes have been done so far:

spark plugs
air filters
cabin air filter
differential fluid change
brake fluid flush
transmission fluid/filter?
