F90 M5 parts used to upgrade F10 M5?
Considering the "NEW" M5 is utilising the same (very similar) engine, are there any components from the F90 setup that can be used to upgrade the F10?

Thanks for the info. How much better is the F90 pump supposed to be?

That's a great point! From what I recall one of the shortcomings of making more power on this platform was running out of fuel. I'd imagine this is an ideal upgrade for those of us making over 800whp.

Would be great if someone comes out with upgraded HPFP and LPFP.
I'm sure there is more to it than just swapping the pumps, otherwise I think it would have been done. However, would love if someone did the research and released aftermarket option. |

Are they better than the LCI F10 M5 models? Do you reckon there are some other parts we can think of? I currently have a 2012 M5 with the factory HPFP and yes I do get "Drivetrain" error at 4th gear sometimes. I'm Stg2 with Stock Turbos at the moment. Been thinking of getting the +2014 CP HPFP and wanting to bring that topic with the dealership as I'm still under warranty. Is there any specific area where I can look for Recalls (aka Service Bulletins)?

Off topic, but if the engine is similar....I wonder how the rods will hold up with AWD launches once we get some aggressive tuned St2's or Pure Turbo F90's...

He has an intake, DP's, tune, exhaust and a beautiful set of wheels for these cars. Sent me a lot of really nice pics of the cars and I will ask if I can share them here. He says that Vbox reading of 60 to 130 of the stock car is 9.0 and he has the car down in the 6.2 range with his mods on it.

I would like to update this thread and let everyone know the F90 HPFP is a direct bolt on, but you do need to solder in a new pig tail.
Here is the pumps and pig tails needed to get it done. 50% more fuel is a win win! https://euroklasse.com/products/bmw-...fps-w-adaptprs |
