Auxiliary Radiator punctured, then replaced and coolant level still low

Hello, just bought a 2013 Sakhir Orange M5 with 44K kilometers, the left auxiliary radiator was punctured, I replace the radiator (two days ago) https://www.ecstuning.com/b-genuine-...t/17112284277/
and according to the dealer the problem was solved. Today I got the "engine temperature, temperature too high..." warning message I parked the car for 30 minutes and then went to open the coolant reservoir for the turbos, to my surprise the coolant was below the minimum recommend, to be honest I couldn't see the coolant at all.
The way I see it, either I was not put enough coolant on the reservoir or I have another leak. Does someone know how much coolant (liters) that reservoir can hold to be between the min and max level?
Thanks in advance

I just started getting this same error message - but mine pops up only when making WOT pulls and it isn’t associated with a code, usually resolves in about 15 seconds.

Weird thing is that both oil and coolant temps are totally normal during datalogged runs when it occurs. When it’s on - car only achieves 14-16 PSI of boost. Once it shuts off - it’s back to full boost and power.

I just bought a cooler tstat to see if that makes it go away. If not - I’m not sure where it’s coming from. I replaced both the coolant and oil temp sensors but that didn’t fix it.
