Any pics of the Eisenmann 90mm angle cut? Can you retrofit the angle cut onto existing 90mm e-sport?

With the 90mm I think straight cut tips may make sense. They look just like OEM but bigger. I currently have the straight cut Eisenmann with logo. I wish I had got it without logo.

The 102mm need angle cut because they are so large.

I find it stupid that Eisenmann offers angle cut on 90mm and not on 102mm.

What does the angle cut do to the 102mm tips to make them better?

The eisenmann exhaust tend to stick out from the back of the car. If you look at a car with Eisenmann 102mm from the side, it looks like there is a huge piece of metal hanging off the back. The angle cut tailors the metal so it doesn't stick out too much from the line of the bumper. This way you see the tips, but not too much pipe. Looks cleaner.

Wth 90mm this is less of an issue because tips are smaller.

Unfortunately eisenmann only offers angle cut on 90mm.

Do you find the 90mm tips to be too small?

A little bigger if angle cut would be better, but the 90mm look a lot better than the 102mm straight cut Eisenmann.

To me the ideal tip would be 100mm angle cut (like Akrapovic). The straight cut tips stick out from the line of the bumper quite a bit, and to have giant coffee can sized tips sticking out that much takes away from the conservative tasteful design of the M5.

Why not the logo Stealth? And are the tips too long on the 102mm with just the slip ons or with the center pipes as well?

+1. Akra tips are perfect size and cut. I don't like logos on my exhaust let alone a repeating logo on all four tips. I just don't get that. I like the way my Eisenmann Sport 90 mm tips look painted gloss black which effectively hides the etched logo. I do wish I had k own about the angle cut option.

There is no trimming required with the 102mm tips.
When installing the E-race rear section, is it possible to adjust the tips so they don't stick out? Is it a function of where the pipe is cut?

My understanding is that the tips themselves are not adjustable. I personally don't care for the look of the tips protruding from the rear fascia. I like an OEM placement with larger diameter.

Yes, you can slide the mufflers some to adjust how far the tips stick out.
