My M5/M6 replacement oil pump is installed and car is on way back to me

Just spoke with BMWNA oil pump has been replaced at the VDC, and car is ready to get shipped to the dealer for redelivery. VDC changed out the front grill to the Matt black which I ordered as an accessory. Dealer will tint windows, and add 3M application for the entire front end! Perfect ready for the drive from Michigan to Atlanta to finish my break in miles. Oh yeah a nice drive through the Carolina's. Good luck to all!! By the way it's ahead of my time line I set from the ED to pick up. Dropped off on 9/4/ a will pick up on 9/13.

Got a call from my CA that my car is on a truck from the VPC headed to OH for PDI and pickup tomorrow. Good luck to all. I can attest to the statement, the squeaky wheel gets the oil.

Start escalating within your dealership and BMWNA but be respectful and calm. It will make all the difference.

When you coming through the Carolinas bro? If it's a weekend there may be some activity and perhaps a meet. Holla and let me know when it'll be. Hopefully I'll have my car by then, or else I'll be rolling E90 M3 to whatever's going on

My plan is to leave Michigan Saturday afternoon, and should be in the Carolina's Sunday. Might be possible

Matt's been helping me with the ADVs.....I did see on their order status website that there was someone else also who ordered the ADV10 DC but they ordered a 20 inch wheel....I went with the 21s so mine had to be engineered......mine should hopefully be done by the end of next week....

Matt from where? I went with ADV1 5.0TS 21". I got mine from Wheel Boutique.

Everyone on here has there car fixed, and I was told tonight by bmwUSA at at 415 the pumps haven't been sent out yet,??? I have been insulted again, this is extremely frustrating.

Is anyone getting compensation or a good will gesture , just curious, I'm not looking for anything but my pumped fix, but heard others have gotten a months payment credit???

I'm in the same boat as you my friend. My dealer knows nothing and says check back with them late next week. I've gotten nothing from BMWNA as far as information.

Frustrating indeed.

I'm in the same boat as you guys. Spoke with BMWNA Wednesday and they told me the pumps were being shipped out this week. Asked about delivery estimate to my dealer and the guy seemed confused by the question. And I was told compensation would be reviewed when my car was repaired. As a leased customer I EXPECT compensation. My dealer has absolute no knowledge of the pump and it's expected delivery.

And yes, very frustrating.

Called NA yesterday and was told the parts will ship by tomorrow and I can expect my car back by the end of next week. It's now been 2 weeks since I've been without my car, I'm ready to have it back.

Unbelievable how some of the ED cars are getting pumps before us whom have already taken stateside delivery. Annoyed and disappointed to say the least!

Received a call from my dealer the oil pump was in, the car was picked up at the house by a flat bed tow about an hour ago and should be at the dealer shortly.

Hopefully back in the garage soon.

Last time I ever buy from Hassel BMW or probably from BMW in general.
