Latest BMW Software Bluetooth Update

Has anyone updated to the new BMW software update? Any issues with the upload? I cannot get my car to recognize the usb stick. Any ideas? I have tried formatting the stick in NTFS and NAT32.

I just updated my vehicle with ISTA/P 3.56.2 and I have version 3.0.x.x installed on my vehicle now. It would seem ISTA/P has a much newer version than the www.bmw.com/update site does.

My 2013 makes me use the file for 2014 builds and up???

The file for 2012-2013 modules (mine is 13 built in 2012) will not load for me.

I do however have an actual semi EURO spec M5 from Germany that has all kinds of odd things you don't normally see on US spec cars. (Amber tails, rear fog light, Euro MDM, odd software versions)

I did this update to fix lag when changing songs via bluetooth audio and song information not changing when songs skip.

I basically have every issue these updates suggest they fix!!!

According to BMW NA, new software is not back compatible for 2013 builds. That means although new versions exist, you will not be able to load it. Not great news.

I have a 2013 and I was able to update using the version on the website with no problems.

Then I updated the vehicle with the latest ISTA/P version and got an even newer version than the website.
