? about Maps on USB drive for Euro delivery
When they load the Europe map into navigation with the USB drive they give you at ED pickup, does it install onto the hard drive or do you have to leave the flash drive in the port to view the maps? I wanted to use the USB port for music/phone duties during the trip.

The maps are on the USB stick which needs to remain in the USB connector if you want to
use the maps. You either can use Bluetooth streaming or the BMW cradle to connect an audio source

The European map is loaded on a 30 gb USB drive. The rep told me that it can only be used once. I took it with me when I dropped off the car in Munich.
