What are you looking for people to say? The comments in the analysis tell you the results were fine. We can't look any further without more data from your car or historical data across that engine line provided by that sampling company. Blackstone in the US does a nice job in that regard. They show average wear metals for that engine model versus your particular engine and then as you get more samples taken, they show each one in a list so you can compare. At the end of the day, the only important thing is what they write in the comments.
