Lease #'s - NJ
Hey guys-
Long time BMW M owner. Currently drive X5M. Getting sick of the SUV thing. Thinking of getting back into a M5 and there seems to be plenty of inventory around. Made a few local inquiries and the numbers are lower than I thought. Here's the best deal so far. MSRP - $104,795 - Includes drivers assistance, Exec, 20's and B&O System Selling price - 99K minus $1,500 BMW credit minus $750 BMW loyality. Prob get another $500 or so off. Will not push to hard until I'm ready. Don't want to beat them up until I'm 100%. 36 mo / 10K milles / Residual 52% No cap cost. MF = .00130 (.00125 seems to be buy rate, will get that down) Out of pocket = $6,500 which is NJ tax, bank fee and first payment Monthly = $1,390 This is all by phone and have not sat down with the actual lease details, but less than I would have thought. I remember a thread that indicated payments in the 1600+ range. Is there more room in this deal? Seems like a good deal but you never know with dealers. Thanks PS - there is a car that is the same as above plus full leather (107, 995) and dealer says he can beat the above numbers. Waiting for it in writing. |

You should be able to put no money down and have the same payments. Go see them at 100pm on Thursday the 28. Last day of month. They will move mountains to make deal happen.
Have them make first payment too

Thanks for the reply. Other than tax and bank fee I am not putting any money down (cap cost). Are you suggesting "sign and drive" without a penny out of pocket? Dealer lowers price to cover taxes? As it stands, this is only a few dollars over invoice. Maybe they will sell below invoice...... who knows. Were you able to achieve what you are suggesting? If so, well done. I agree the last day of the month is best........only better day is 12/31. |

You can probably do better. With the same MSRP of $104k, got a Southern Cal dealer to offer $1,500 drive-off (which includes the $1,500 lease promotion) so essentially, 1st month, tax & registration. Payment is $1400 including taxes. I didn't pull the trigger, since so much inventory and I'm thinking it can go down to $1200/month. Maybe I'm just waiting in vain. Good luck and please post your final deal! |
