Sidewall Damage

Wondering if anyone has experienced this with any of their Michelin Pilot Sport 4s tires. I noticed this clean slice in my front tire today while doing my usual Friday wash. It doesn't show signs of bulging or pressure loss but I think it makes sense to replace it because of the risk of further damage. It's a shame because there's still plenty of tread left.

I believe the sidewall is the weakest part of the tire. I’d replace that also. Sucks it still has tread left

If it's just a thin flap tear on the tyre side say from a slight kerbing then superglue to stick it back on.
Yours looks like a split next to wheel rim on inner step so yes replacement I'm afraid.

Thanks gents! I had the two front tires replaced earlier today. Better to be safe than sorry

Wise move... There are 2 things I never mess around with... Tires and brakes...
