Details
Purchased from a forum member Nov '18 and put approx 650 miles on this set up until the car went in for turbos, clutches, meth, etc in Feb '19. While in the shop, we realized the rears had been "repaired"/welded and that the weld had broken on both rear wheels (yeah I was not a happy camper to learn of this...FYI...fronts were fine). I purchased another set of wheels for the car and then sent the two rear off to HRE to replace the barrels. Ultimately, the wheels were too far out of round to be repaired so I ended up buying two brand new rear wheels (can provide proof of purchase to buyer if needed).

The rear wheels are brand new and I literally just opened the box the other day as it was an out of sight out of mind kind of thing. To my surprise, I realized stainless steel hardware was used on the new rears whereas the fronts have black hardware (see pics). I started to go through the process of replacing with black hardware, but then I decided to let the new buyer decide what hardware color they want. If you want black, its as simple as having them painted. If you would prefer a stainless steel look, then you'd need to buy new hardware for the fronts. The asking price takes into account this dynamic (the two new rears cost over $5K alone).

Happy to answer any questions you may have. Thanks for looking.

Bump...still available. You'll be hard pressed to find a set of multi piece HREs with tires for this cheap. Set your M apart from the rest and get these for a steal!
