PURE METAL M5 6005hp- with DME issues

I own a Pure Metal Edition wich has the identical CP -605hp.
The diff was replaced and now the car has only 575-580 hp.

It is not noticeable in 1,2,3 gear. BUT 4,5,6,7 are notably slower to rev up.

I do not understand how software update can erase the 605hp CP.
I have a PUMA Case open........just waiting for reponse.

SUPER FRUSTRATING.

Engine has NO Faults. It just feel no scary anymore in 4,5,6,7 gear.

Here is the response from BMW:

Good After noon Greg,

My team got a responded back from BMW engineer department.

Based off what we saw when the vehicle was here, and with what Puma, and BMW’s software engineers could see, we aren’t seeing anything that would cause a performance issue with the vehicle, when the vehicle was here in December of last year. As far as his torque and horsepower gauges reading differently, this could be due to adaptations that have changed through the course of him owning/driving the vehicle. Unless the problem worsens, or a check control message/check engine light is displayed, as of now everything was operating as designed at the time the repair order was written.

I don't understand, if you had the pure edition, why wouldn't BMW flash you the 605HP SW?
