Do the F10 M5s use the same 19mm hose for their PCV, as in the other BMWs?

I'm getting my BMS catch cans installed tomorrow. I'm using the Gamma Project intakes and will show a pic once installed.

The problem is my airboxes cover a large area where the BMS oil catch is generally installed.

I have stock intakes, would love to see a pcv catch cam system that works with stock intakes. Would definitely pick up a set.

Got the BMS kit installed yesterday, complete for the most part. A couple of the hoses still have to be measured and cut to length to your preferences and how you run them.
Pretty tight fit with some of the hoses up near the inlets but should work fine.
Overall I'm pretty satisfied with the setup, should definitely do what it needs to do and help keep the oil out of the intakes and turbos.

Same here. If there would be one for stock intakes would grab one as well.

Seeing how it is a (2) catch cans, few hoses, and fittings; I may try to retrofit something with stock intakes.
Question is where to you mount the catch cans.....

Hey Guys, not yet. I just exchanged my valve covers to stop massiv oil burning. Maybe a forum member will try my parts on his x5m soon. The catch can I’ve chosen is way to big for my engine bay, so I have to get two smaller ones.

Same here. Has anyone tried the BMS catch cans with stock intake? I know they say you need their intake, but I bet you can find somewhere else to mount them.

Agreed, it is possible to mount the catch cans elsewhere. From my perspective the real issue are the PCV connectors. The BMS intake provides PCV connectors that are offset from the stock system, allowing hose connections to/from catch cans. If anyone has fabricated a workaround for the stock intake PCV connectors, I would certainly like to see it.

If someone had pictures of these in place, that would be perfect.

So I'm guessing you have to buy two of the turner ones?

Here you can see my breather adapter for the original Mahle-Pipe. From there we go by Dash10 to a 4Port Catch Can and then back to the stock inlet. Price will be around 399 USD, iŽll keep you updated.

Hi, did you had smoke while accelerating or while coming to stop?

Curious what others are doing for oil catch cans? I changed the air filters 2 days ago and noticed a little oil residue and would like to nip this in the bud. Unless a Christmas miracle happens and I get a set of RK's Carbon intakes I'll be keeping my stock airbox, so I am hoping there are some options out there other than BMS which mount where the airbox is. Thank you in advance.
