We've resolved a few different issues with this product since it's inception but there's simply nothing we can do in regards to the precision necessary for the o2 sensors being off by a couple millimeters.
The easiest solution is to simply notch the heat shield which takes less than a few minutes with the proper tools. We have hundreds of successful installs out in the wild including on our own shop M6 GC and we guarantee fitment as long as the downpipe is installed by a competent professional. These are far from a standard DIY in comparison to the N54, N55 and S55 options we offer which are the most popular options for each respective platform. |

The drivers side O2 is off by more than a few millimeters, and a competent fabricator/jig maker could easily get it correct. Having to modify the car because the product doesn't fit like it should meets YOU HAVE NOT MADE THEM RIGHT.
You can't guarantee fitment as they all fit like the above pictures, poorly. Still waiting for my refund and or replacement parts. |

We've been through this many times over. I've already given you the order number, dates, shipping, phone number, taken photos at your request, taken photos with measurements requiring disassembly at your request, given you instructions on how to fix the piss poor quality and given you hell for being a general lousy person for all of it.

Hi, great thread! It helped me a lot when installing my downpipes. Just have a question, picture 12a where the gasket sits. Where does the "dounat ring" comes? I may have do it faulty becouse im getting vibrations that causes the arm on the wastegate rattle a lot. I put the ring on the downpipe and then the flat gasket. But i supose that is wrong? I dont see the ring on your picture. Wich side is going up/down? Hope you can help me out. Best regards, Calle |

Just looking at photos how does the system clamp up to the downpipes? I can't get my head around it... Its not a sleeve clamp it looks like a flange joint but the downpipes dont have a flange on them!?

Any vids or soundclips?[/QUOTE] Sorry Went from that setup to swapping out the completion cans to a corsa section 3 Then went into my current setup with 1. VSRF Dp 2. OBX section 1 and 2 3. Corsa section 3 This is something I love The setup is not obnoxious, it's got a deep tone unlike the rasp that started with just doing the downpipes. Most importantly, it toned down the loudness of the setup a little but by far the greatest thing is it comes with ZERO drone. I am not a rasp guy, I had a M5 V10 with catless headers and it screamed with the rasp. It was okay for when I was younger, now I prefer a deep tone setup that has some melody to it than just screaming all over the streets |
