Aftermarket exhaust void warranty?

I'm about to take my car in to the dealer for a possible bent rod and hopefully have them cover it under warranty. I have an aftermarket exhaust and nothing else. Will they deny the claim because of it?

I mean for sure, the exhaust didn't cause the bent rod issue.

Its a slight concern but in reality an exhaust would add max 25bhp so this would be hard to prove by BMW that this was the issue.
