Thinking of switching cars. There's the info black on black. 12k a year. Comp, lighting and executive packages. 24 months left registration paid. 1200 la tax included. Current mileage 10800. Pm if interested.

"Good" for an M5 would be $1,000 a month and zero down.
There's a lot to factor in though. If the OP wants to have competition pkg, and all the bells/whistles, then good is $1,200-$1,300. I'm paying $890 a month for mine with an MSRP of $95,845. Payment includes NYS tax (8.875%) and I didn't put anything down for cap cost reduction. PS. I did ED for mine.

It gets better. I'm a BMWCCA member so I'm also getting back $1,000.
I lucked out with a $1k rebate from BMW in July also. Probably the best deal I'll ever get. Essentially zero out of pocket.

I have a 2015, MSRP WAS $105K 5300 miles on odometer have about 25 months left on the lease. Payment is $1075 a month, and I'm from Chicago.

I think the money factor on a used car lease is higher than a new car money factor (MF) therefore it could potentially equal a brand new car unless the used car has a significant lower selling price.
