Time from production completion to delivery?

I just checked on the status of my '14 - it's in production and the estimated completion date is September 16, 2013 - one week from today.

How long does it take for the vehicle to make it to the states after that? My dealership is Passport BMW in MD.

I need to do several things in prep for trading/selling my 2009 - not sure how much time I have left. I'm either going to sell it as is if I can find a buyer or trade it. If I trade it, I want to get it back to stock first.

Im in the same boat... Production completed on 8/30 but as of today is still labeled ready to ship. So my car is still at the port in the EU according to the bmwusa website. I spoke with my dealer today and they stated I should receive the car towards the end of the month or begining of October...

Thanks for the response - and congrats on your car!

Sounds like yours is around 9 days ahead of mine, so I should expect mine to show around the 2nd week of October.
