After going back and forward with 13 left overs and a 14, finally decided to go with the 2014 order.

After navigated most dealers with 13's, the most they are willing to go is between 1k-1.5k under invoice. I got my 14 order at invoice price. I thought the 1k-1.5k difference wasn't enough for me to pull the trigger on the 13s.

Will have to wait till first week of December for my car to arrive

Just FYI - There is also $3K build credit for 2013s. So if they are selling at $1-1.5k under, it should be $4-4.5K difference in your example.

Is the invoice price after applying BMW incentives i.e. loyalty cash, USAA, etc?

Thanks for the reminder, my 2014 will have holiday incentives once it arrived, and i would use it towards the car.

The invoice price i paid to order does not include any incentives, im waiting till the car to arrive in december, and will be using the best incentives rather its Oct, Nov, or Dec then.
