Be nice if ppl could post what model of BMW or other car they drive next to their emoji instead of things like 'car' or 'a slow car'.

There is one pervasive spambot that creates its forum accounts with a distinctive entry in the model field every single time.

The Nigerian prince hunter in me would love to have someone run a simple SQL query for that entry in the model field, and see if it finds 10,000 or 100,000 bogus spambot users that have been missed over the years.....

In case anyone else is playing along at home, I'm keeping an eye on users "alsamaraee" and "calle14" at the moment (intentionally not tagged in this post). Both are older users with post histories in option coding or head unit swaps, that both posted similar replies to OT posts within 15 minutes of each other about starting businesses this morning.....

I saw that. I checked out both profiles to see previous posts. Although not too old, neither ever posted in OT. I was waiting for the links but I think this is another case of hijacking someone's user name.

As soon as I see them I flag them and I got up a little later this morning, a new poster with 0 posts came on just after my #13 here written 'SKODA' as his car from US but he's gone now, probably nothing.

It was running up its post count with garbage posts, probably to get PM access to scam people.

On this side of the pond, I'd bet that 98% of the people world say that a Skoda was a European pastry and not a car brand.....

It was a turkey shoot this morning, about 25? of them on the sports page, and one of them has even left a 'self harm' message to stop it lol
