Took the plunge and am committed to buying the car. Had what I think to be a great price so it should help to offset some of the depreciation.

Im thinking of doing that for when I order my 14 M5 or M6 GC (sitting on fence on either, but leaning towards M5). Will lease it under my start-up's name.
Curious as to why you'd think you'd get IRS hassles. If its your company, assuming you're the sole proprietor, why not lease on the company? f. |

3 year old M5s are not a good proxy because of the design change. The next M5 design won't be out for another 4-5 years so your good.
I would buy.
