help with replacing suspension arms

got the car checked up and i got the following report:

Both lower suspension arms on the front left wheel have free play in the ball joint - internal failure. The lower rear link arm has a
rubber ball joint boot split

Garage told me that the wishbone and left tension strut needs replacing and i wanted to know how easy is it to do this your self and what type of tools would i need?

are there any DIY guides on this forum as i cant seem to find any?
