Stage 1 or Stage 2 BM3...

Going to have a set of ER downpipes installed and going with BM3. Wonder if I should just go straight to stage2. Not looking to replace clutch anytime soon though...thought I read somewhere the stock clutch is not recommended on Stage2..?

To my understanding, it is suggested to run these plugs (2 steps colder) at .20 (NGK 97506). Other than plugs...anything else suggested for a smooth install?

Stage 2

Stage 2 is fine on stock clutch. Long as u don't launch it from a stop and roll into the throttle from a roll you'll be fine.

I did spark plugs gapped to what they suggested, I also did an oil change and coolant flush and fill with water wetter. Also change your pre cat o2 sensors. Keep up to date on maintenance.

Didnt care for the launch control on the E60 and have read that the F10 is not a good idea to use.

The o2 sensors go out faster when running catless and stage 2. You'll probably want to change spark plugs, ignition coils, and o2 sensors every 10-12k, and oil ever 3k.
