Yes but you have to book it far in advance.
As one of the only people that I know who has tracked the F10 M5 on the Nurburgring, I can tell you that the M5 is a pure driving machine on the track. It has and will lap a stock E92 M3 on the track.

Yep the M5 is a lot faster than M3 on the track. Just check out the ring time. The M5 is almost 10 seconds faster

The M5 has proven to be an incredible performer on the track, and seems as though it's able to shed it's weight as soon as you drive the car quickly. The chassis feels tremendously balanced, but we did find that the brakes will fade after some 20-30 minute sessions around Autobahn here in Chicago.
Our F10 was able to break the 1:40 mark around Autobahn's south course- easily matching many modified E9x M3s.

I tracked it with the m3 at the M 2 day school. The M3 is really a little more nimble and fun to drive but the m5 is impressive for its size. It has a ton of power. Like Ilia said I did feel a little brake fade. Also they kept overheating on us, which was weird.
