New F10 owner. What mods to do? (Updated W/pics)(zworks headlight opinions)

I Just got a 2013 alpine white m5. This is my first BMW and my previous car was a stage 2 APR tuned b8.5 Audi S5.

All I have to say is wow this car is amazing. It brings a smile to my face everytime I look at this car. Its wrapped satin black and has catless downpipes, tune, and a soul exhaust.

I cant decide what color I want to wrap it. I think I'm gonna go with whatever can get me closest to Gloss Nardo Grey.

Im gonna send my headlights to zworks because im not a fan of the PRE LCI headlights. here is a link to them https://www.zworklights.com/index.ph...0m5prelci.html

So Im thinking wrap, headlights, project gamma intakes, paint radiator support bar, and vorsteiner carbon fiber will be first on the list.

Pics of zworks headlight build below

what do you guys think of this zworks build?

Pics?

Besides what you already mentioned, usual mods include wheels, stance, LCI steering wheel, exhaust, and front lip/rear diffuser. I'm sure you already noticed but traction is our biggest challenge so consider new and possibly wider tires in your budget.

Congrats on the purchase!

Congrats and welcome, the F10 is a lot of fun, sometimes frustrating but overall you get more back.

Wider tires on the rear, and if you want more sound / performance you can modify the exhaust, swap the air intakes to Venturi, or swap out the down pipes.

Welcome and Congratz! Post up some pictures of the car too! As for mods, I'd just suggest some carbon pieces to finish up the look.

Following this, I shot Vito a PM. I would like to update my Pre Lci headlights as well. Im not looking for anything crazy, just a clean look by getting rid of the chrome and the white at the very least. My car is black so just want a cleaner updated look. GL buddy and post up progress comments and pics please!

Thanks cant wait to get all this started you'll be hearing me from me eventually. I'm gonna do lights for sure, but Im gonna do the wrap 1st and the best place near me is booked for a bit. The PRE LCI lights are so ugly and your guys headlight build matches the personality of this beast.

I'll clean the car this weekend and take some pics. the murdered satin black look is really sexy and I get a ton of compliments on it, but I really like gloss nardo grey. Also, the current wrap in certain small places are starting to peel a bit so Its time to change it up. I'm not sure how long that wrap has been on the car.

I'm for sure gonna do carbon fiber LCI steering wheel, but that'll be one of the last things I do. Ill get some wheels eventually. I just hope the ride quality isn't ruined by it.

The car has catless downpipes and a soul exhaust already and I like how it sounds. Its not obnoxious until I step on it. And by obnoxious I mean absolutely amazing . It has the burble tune which is a bit much at times, but I think im gonna keep leave it lol.

Im trying to decide between PSM dynamic and Vorsteiner.

Vorsteiners kit is so clean and beautiful.

PSM dynamic rear diffuser is pretty aggressive, but I like it. Their front lip is clean and the skirts bring it together pretty nicely. Their decklid spoiler is also beautiful

Hard to decide which one I want here.

Congrats on the new ride. This is prob the closest you'll get to nardo. They even call it nardo on their site. I have a sample on the way

Headlights look really cool. Hesitation has always been with the quality/consistency of custom head lights (see Umnitza thread). Assuming you get them, will be interested to hear how it goes!

Hey fellow NWer. How is that RW carbon holding up? I had some cheap carbon fiber on my S5 that looked like crap after 2 years. That's why this time I wanna go with PSM dynamic or Vorsteiner. the RW carbon prices are nice for sure, but scared they might go to shit.

I'm really happy with my pieces. I got the front lip and rear diffuser. Fitment was on point.

Congrats on the new car man. LCI LEDs are of course the ultimate option but a retrofit is very cost and labor intensive. I'd say those headlights would be a great choice instead for a pre-LCI car. Will transform the looks of the car and look totally unique.

I have asked on other threads for some time if anyone has ever opened the LCI LED headlights and blacked out the chrome. No one has ever responded nor have I ever seen a car with headlights like that. Till I saw this pic from Zworks.

Interesting. So are there any pics of headlights like this actually installed on a car? Would be great to see.

Heres a vid of LCI headlights done by Zworks that are on a car. These lights look filthy. Once I get my car re wrapped Im gonna do project gamma intakes and send my lights to Zworks. Ill post pics when I do them. The dude somewhere above me probably will have them done before me. The place im gonna get my m5 wrapped at is a bit booked.

Nice! Good to see someone offering unique custom options like that. Your work looks top notch.

Back in the day I've customized headlights on other cars myself. So I can appreciate the work you put into these.
