Mountain roads, the hunt for snow.
Out on a little trip today.
day before yesterday some of the mountain passes where finally opened, promise of up to 10m/30ft snow walls was just too compelling. So me and a friend headed up the mountains. Very nice weather, with 16C/60F at 1000m elevation, and a nice 24C/75F at sea level. |

yes, really gorgeous fjords in Norway - love the snow walls, do they ever melt?
