Off topic but...
Nice radar/laser equipment! I'm a big laser / radar guy and just upgraded from having a windshield mounted Escort 9500 & Blinder 905 3 Head setup on my M3 to the STIR + Radar and the new Antilaser Priority (ALP) 5 head jammer. The LI Quad HP is an awesome setup too! Not sure how much you are into it (judging from your equipment I assume quite a bit!) but the ALP is making a big splash in the scene. It has been able to successfully JTG a couple guns that have been giving the Blinder 905 (latest firmware) and LI big problems.

I'm jealous of your frozen grey exterior! Frozen grey & frozen black are the two best colors on this car IMO. More so frozen grey with the size of the car. On an M3 my preference is reversed.

I got too good of a lease deal on the lot to pass up. My previous M3 was space grey so at least it's a bit of a change.

If you don't yet have the Euro Dazzle high beams I cannot recommend them enough. Absolutely amazing. In my area we have a lot of deer and it's so nice to know the maximum possible lighting is being used at all times.
I've heard good things about the ALP as well. I think I will try it on the Carrera I am buying this summer. I would have got it for the M if they had an HP version or a BMW version for vertical mounting.

Nice setup though.

I'm also into this stuff. I have my own Kustom Prolite+ for testing.

I already have the no dazzle beams - V12 coded for me last December. I was just curious in the difference of methodology. The way Alex did it is quite interesting IMO. I'm wondering if this releases other Euro mode settings at the same time like deleting the orange Nader light.
Also changes the beam pattern to Euro Spec, lights in standard low beam or high beam assist pick up more area, specially on the drivers side.

This sounds pretty cool. Are you saying that if you remove both 8S4 and 5AP from the VO using VIN coding, then this unlocks the dazzle free lighting. Is there anything you lose when you do this that would need to be coded back?

That is correct, and no loss of anything, only gain

Nice! I'll try to look out for this. The "partial" high beams come on so often that when it's that dark I'm hardly just using low beams. Nice to have this added European bonus...seems like they get all the cool features lol

Alex does this feature work for 2013 or 2014. Looks like a great feature.

Hey,

The euro beam pattern will work with your vehicle which will increase light output at night, but LEDs where not offered on 2013 M5 from what I know, so the feature in the video will not work on your model.

I'm not sure what you're referring to when you say this? If it is about removing the USA 155 MPH speed limit from our cars, A NEW THREAD IS NEEDED!

Alex, are you still coding? It's been roughly a year and a half since the last post in the thread and I just picked up a 14 M5 and would love to get coded!!

I have a list of basic items that I list for customers, I have been a vendor on bimmerpost for many years, vendors come and go, every vendor promotes a feature and highlights it. I get emails all the time, this is not on your list, can you do it? My reply most of the time is of course. My personal car has LEDs on it and I am sure many Southern California members can vouch I've had it for a long time. Removal of Anti dazzle, switching over to Euro style has been around years before it was publicized on the forums as a coding feature for US Spec cars, you go refer over to the 1 series forums and see how long ago it was done, maybe 4 years ago. I never go "I discovered that feature" or "it is exclusive to me." These features are in the vehicle, we just activate or disable the features. My point, no one is the first or last to find it.

Alex, you still doing this? Tried PM'ing but haven't head back. If you are not doing this anymore can you forward me please. Thanks!
