What do main dealers neglect?

Hi all,

I'm wondering what jobs main dealers neglect on the F10 M5 that really should be done. I'm looking at a couple of cars and one has been serviced by a bmw main dealer it's whole life, so I'm wondering what I'd need to do straight away if I bought it.

As part of normal servicing including inspections 1 & 2, do they change things like the Diff Oil, the DCT Fluid, flush the coolant and replace etc. etc.?

I'm based in the UK, not sure if it differs in the US.
