BM3 Stage 2 60-130 runs

Pretty disappointed with these numbers, although I’m on the bm3 OTS stage 2 91 ACN I really expected more, unless somethings wrong with my car

I did 3 consistent runs and got the same times, exactly the same which means it’s consistent

Granted it is pretty humid outside around 80% per the weather app, I still didn’t expect these numbers, curious to see what y’all think.

Current setup is

Stage 2 91 ACN OTS BM3
Downpipes
Intakes

I think you’re right, something is iffy here. Stock on 91 should be around 8.5s. On 93 it should be around 8.3-8.4. Stage 2 BM3 93 is about 7s.

These are numbers that I’ve seen from other members and Instagram over the years, not mine.

I’m trying to figure it out, I’m assuming it’s just insanely humid

The ACN tunes are really slow compared to the 91 and 93 tunes. They only run in the 6-8 degree of timing range while targeting just under 22 psi of boost. The standard 91 octane tunes are up in the 12-13 degree range. I found the stage 1 91 faster than the stage 2 91ACN. I’d do some data logs to confirm it’s not pulling a bunch or timing and to confirm it’s hitting boost targets.

I definitley think it’s that, and unfortunately there’s no way around it, I don’t want to have knock with the stage 2 91 non acn

At this point I think my choices would be maybe to supplement meth into the mix, therefore I can run a more aggresive tune.

The issue with the data log is I’m not sure what to compare it to, no one really runs this specific ots tune

I’ve ran it a little while too and it was definitely slower than when I was running just the normal stage 1 91 ots map I’m running the stage 2 91 map now and it seems to be fine. I’ve even tried the stage 2 93 map and just mixed in a little e85 and it felt a lot spicier then but a little worried about fuckin the car up on that map I live in NorCal.

Normal stage 1 91 is faster than stage 2 91 ACN?

I’d be willing to risk it but I just don’t trust running it like that for a while incase you run into one really bad knock.

Mixing e85 is what I’m looking into but I don’t wanna max my trims then run lean

Yeah if our cars had a stronger fuel system from the factory we’d be able to run full e85

You technically can but you’d need upgraded injectors w port injection, HPFP, etc

But yeah exactly, atleast on the f90 you can run close to e50, I’ve heard of full e but I’m not too sure about that

Nothing is wrong with your car I just think you need to try the non acn or get a custom tune
