That's awesome, I am glad I read the whole thread. I am going to try the RamAir Intakes and these ducts.

Just my opinion, but I think you'd be better off with a BMS intake and scoops from AFE or RPI.

What benefit to do the BMS intake offer over the RamAir, and the AFE/RPI over the 100mm 90 degree ducts?

BMS better filtration and not having to cut your intakes. Scoops are larger and designed fit the car, not plastic PVC plumbing elbows.

Has anyone tried these as front mounts?
I'm curious how the foam does with water/rain.

There the same as msr and 100s running them

There meshed filters though i wouldnít recommend foam filters sat behind the grille you can also fit waterproof filter socks to them for extra piece of mind

I am a bit confused by your response.

This thread is about the RAMAIR filters that are a dense foam material. I am aware of what the Blitz filters are made of and what companies provide them with their systesm.

My question is related to the foam filters.
Would the RAMAIR foam media filters be ok behind the grills?

These filters are dry... no oil.. they won't hurt MAF sensors.

I have purchased a set of used oem intakes to hack up and will try it with different filter setups. I have a bunch of couplers and dry cone filters laying around.

So here's my setup.
Used the oem boxes and proram air filters. Sounds amazing but not sure about gains.
