M5 is huge! I mean I don't understand how we can even compare these cars. It was so disproportional, my number one favorite move with half donuts for making U turns, I tried turning the traction control off once and doing that in the M5, almost destroyed the rear end by clipping the side walk. I can do the same in my M3 with 1 hand on steering and the other sipping coffee and I am not joking! I actually did do that with one hand on coffee mug!

I could easily afford an M5 and I afforded it and I still went back to an M3.

Now when it comes to 2 doors, its even more difficult because you could argue M5 has more comfortable rear seats, well M6 is a massive coupe with a massive door and not so much rear leg room. It look really weird!

Have you driven a CP M6 and an M4 back to back ? Do you track cars of many different types regularly, so that you have any idea what I'm talking about ? I'm telling you that the CP M6 has a higher spring rate than the standard M4 that's why people complain about it being too "rough " . I personally love it and that's why it doesn't feel like it weighs what it does . Where do you get 800 lbs ? I just weighed my car with every option and a tip top full tank of gas and it was 4195 lbs . The M3 with DCT and every option is over 3600 lbs . Simple math hmmm what a minute that's not 800 lol .

First of all you brought the IQ to the conversation so don't be mad that I pulled up some simple statistic to see what's up.

Second, it's great that your father put your family on the right track but you really don't have to justify yourself to me, I'm happy for you.

As for me, yea I graduated college, yea I've been to Iraq and Afghanistan for a combined just over 500 days...so what. At the end of the day I'm just guy who likes ///Ms. Most of all I don't take stuff posted on here to the heart.

This thread is the same reason why we never saw Supercharged E60 V10's race against stock or modified F10 M5's. People stopped caring. But as a side note, I did once kind of sort of race my one friend in his ESS VT-2 Supercharged E60 M5 when my M5 still did not have a tune on it and I'll just say the E60 M5 did not pull away.

Also I'd like to offer some simple data for those scientific types:

2008 Lamborghini Superleggera:

1. 3434-pound curb weight
2. 523hp at the crank
3. 376lbs/ft at the crank
4. AWD
5. 0-60 time of 3.5 seconds
6. 0-100 time of 7.9 seconds
7. 1.4 mile time of 11.7 @ 123mph

2013 F10 M5:

1. 4,387-pound curb weight
2. 560hp at the crank
3. 502lbs/ft at the crank
4. RWD
5. 0-60 time of 3.7 seconds
6. 0-100 time of 8.3 seconds
7. 1/4 mile time of 11.7 @ 119mph

With that data look what I do to a lightly modified Lambo Superleggera on a rolling race. Nullcheck do you think a stock M4 can beat a Superleggera in a rolling race?
