Tolerances are still too tight to NOT burn some oil. Unless of course you drive slow all of the time and not thrash your car at all. You must qualify your statement. When driving this car like it was designed to, then you'll burn some oil for sure.

Hmm. Tell me how this show you 90% because M5f10 oil measurement is four scale. Max, 3/4, 2/4 and 1/4> add oil.

I guess it's 75% then. I don't remember seeing the scale but It's definitely over half way above fill. So if what you say is correct then it is 3/4.

I have a 2016 car that's covered 12,000 miles. I checked the oil and its showing a quarter used in 4,000 miles

The car is driven hard 50% of the time
