Quick DIY open valve mod

Thoughts on this quick DIY mod to keep the valve open?
Any negatives to the car?

dont waste your time on that. itll just make startup louder. just get a muffler bypass (soul brand is wayyyyy better than the turner brand one -in quality sound and looks)

added info: the soul bypass Honestly isn't that much louder. just a lil bit and a lil deeper.

BUT install downpipes and watch out! (you will def be begging for a tune with cold-start delete)

I did it and as said it makes startup louder and it was just barely noticeably louder driving around. I mean it just takes a wire and 10 min so by all means give it a try and see, it just wasnt enough for me.

I ended up putting bypass valves installed before the mufflers. Sounds great without being really loud and obnoxious, and can go back to stock at the flick of a switch. I think it will be pretty much perfect once I get some catless DP's.

I did the wire trick and at first it didn't seem like it was enough but it's grown on me. After hearing it from outside the cabin it sounds great. I think kittyless dps would be 100% perfect with valves open stock. It's 100% personal opinion. My other car is loud, sometimes I'd rather this car go unnoticed and remain partially understated.

Would love to see the bypass valves if you have any pics.

Won't they stay open if the exhaust button is active?
