P100D motors are producing 792 lb-ft of instant torque and that's why those 4 electrical motors make P100 as fast (or even faster) than hyper cars like La-Ferrari , P1 or 918 but everything has cost and there is always trade off. In order to support that kind of torque, the big Electrical motors and their batteries have increased the weight of P100D to almost 5000 lb and I'm sure it says a lot. Yes it's the fastest production car in the world but for car enthusiasts there are many other factors (other than 0-60) to enjoy a car...
Something like agility, sharpness, exhaust sound, sometimes over-steering, etc... P100D misses all of them...

.3 seconds faster than f10 but a bit more power. Ok but not earth shattering.

This is a far cry from what the car will actually do when someone isn't short shifting it lol, unless the car is forcing it to do it via trans tune/ecu...

I guarantee this car will be muchhhhh quicker when it gets on a track even with stock tires when you heat them up on a prepped service with good shift points and hot tires.

This is literally the worst the car could preform in my op

Yes, the driver looked like his paddle shift fingers had a nervous twitch or something. He short shifted the car way early. Why can't people like this driver just leave it in drive and let us see what the car can do?

If someone knows what they're doing for C&D/ any of the mags, maybe with an added press flash (remember what eurocharged was marketing in the early days lol), I wouldn't be shocked to see 3.1 maybe better

Well that's right but what ever they do, is what they do with all cars so basically what's I'm interested is to see the result of comparison test between RS7, E63, M5 and probably Panamera turbo(s)...

Yes, I agree. But stoplight confrontations are common occurence for daily drivers and an important performance attribute for many enthusiasts, hence the 0-60mph and 1/4 mile time. As far as that goes, the 2.3-2.5 P100DL 0-60mph time will be very tough to beat, and there is no way a stock M5 will come even close....

Well I dont buy a car for stoplight racing!
As far as 2.3-2.5 agree with you however its hard for ANY stock or tuned car to beat ... even million dollar cars like P1 , La-Ferrari or 918 as I already mentioned

I dont buy a car for stop light running either as where I/we live its not realistic to expect a line up at a stop light with a competitor let alone the opportunity to run from a dig up 120 mph. But what we do see, is a lot of rolling runs from 40 to 120 or what I like to say as the "meaningful measurement" of 60 to 130. So I would guess for both of us the rolling runs are more impactful.

The RS7 I have is a really enjoyable all rounder (Performance version) and its tuned so I say goodbye to alot of cars with just a tune.

Well for most of the parts of US and Canada zero to jail by P100D is less than 3 second stoplightwise

You are kind of right but :
First of all, for rolling challenges we go to MEXICAN FREEWAY
Second, there is a lot less danger on freeway compare to the street where pedestrians are walking and grandmas are driving.
Third it's not daily action... maybe once a week or month while spotlights can be in daily basis due to it's nature...
Finally most of the people are driving these high performance cars have some kind of maturity versus those emotional kids on streets....

BUT overall I have t say: drive safe and be careful with these powerful cars...

End of the rant

No kind of racing on public road whether it's freeway or stoplight is a mature behavior XD.
