There are 20 more GP's to go with Barcelona coming up in a week then Monaco a fortnight after that.
Max did all he could and Horner was still pleased with the way it worked out despite the strat going wrong with Checo locking up avoiding Mazepin which allowed hammy to catch him.

You are changing the topic. First you said he it's the car, but he still has 1 championship in a car that wasnt a clear favorite and a fight against a world championship team mate in his 2nd yr and should have won it in his rookie year if not for dnfs.

So Ham proved he doesn't need a 2-3 second advantage car to win a championship, yet you are begging so Max can get a faster car, otherwise he can't win?? What happened in 2019 when Ferrari had a faster car for most of the season? But they couldn't hold it together for a race weekend, just like Red bull might be in danger of doing.

It's a sport where .01, 0.1, 0.2, 0.3 seconds matter.

Guess max doesn't have it when it matters, as he hasn't proven it yet.

Lance Stroll got a new updated floor , while SEB still had to run with the old floor ...

Strange ..But SEB was faster anyway !

Different Z shape floor probably and AM didn't test the new one enough.
I like Seb like yourself but we must remember he's got a Merc engine now and has become another obstacle for RB demonstrated in Q3. I've seen that and it definitely helped in denying Max pole.

Because It's always the fastest car that has the most chance to win the WDC ..
Even with HAM or MAX as a driver .A Williams or Haas won't win it ! Never !

In the last 7 seasons and currently ...HAM had and still has the car with warp-speed !

when things are this close, other drivers have proven their talent. Max hasn't.

In 2008, 7ewis only had 7/18 poles, and was able to win a championship, his car did not have any clear advantage over the other teams. But he was able to win his first championship.

Honestly ...What Kevin Magnussen performed in such a crappy HAAS car is beyond believe !

Vettel wasn’t impressive.
