Advice needed from newbie...

Hi,

I’ve seen an M5 F10 for sale from a main dealer, but the first service was at 4600 miles. Should I steer clear? As the running in service was missed, they won’t provide a full BMW warranty, but the dealer will provide their own warranty which is very comprehensive and covers everything!

The car is on 50k on a 14 plate, and had disc and pads replaced at 16,000. Does this sound wrong?

Lastly the dealer priced with the full BMW warranty as they thought the service history was full, as it isn’t what should I push to be taken of the price? Th car is up for circa £37k.

Thanks for the help and sorry for all the questions🙂.

Nick

I would avoid IMO. How can they sell cars that won't be covered by a proper BMW warranty?!

Usually, they won’t extend your warranty beyond original one, but to say the won’t cover it...suspicious
