Sorry for late reply, yes it was from dealer. Longest wait is start of production. I’m in Atlanta, they built and shipped in about a week. It was supposed to be be week 16 build.

Hello all:

Now that the delayed MY24 X5 50e that were factory-converted to MY25 are beginning to ship: Has anyone gotten the price protection mentioned in this letter? If yes, was their order a P1?

I do have a P1 order, and the dealer claims there is no price protection. When I called the Genius they said (without admitting or denying) that it would need to be sorted out between me and dealer...

Welcome to the forum. Yes, we only know of one person whose deal did not honor the price protection. I guess you will be the second. While they are technically correct in regards to the price protection for the customer, dealers have been passing along the price protection they received from the factory. Have them review the notice from BMWNA in regards to the price protection.
