There is no jack supplied with F10 M5 and I'm afraid it's a small trolley jack lift on the F10 on two points each just behind the sills.

I don't have a trolley jack and was just wondering if my E60 jack will do?

I've got two small one's I bought from Halfords together with a couple of axle stands ages ago and they still perform fine.
I'm looking to purchase a more sturdy one from Costco to be more safe..

I used one that came with an E90 and as long as the top of it has the rectangle plastic piece it should be fine, however it's a heavy car so a trolley jack is safer

I asked someone else on the forum who has both the E60 and F10 models and they said that the jacking points look identical so you could try it but with caution.

Fingers crossed.

My list of things to buy for the car is getting longer and longer and trolley jack has just been added to it.

I will give it a try next weekend as I wanted to take the wheels off and give them a good clean.
The standard pads give off soo much dust.

When you've cleaned the inside of the wheels a good dose of polish will protect them.I have a old long handled splayed soft wash up brush reaching to the back does the job once they're back on.

If you do buy a trolley jack don’t forget ‘jack pads’

I did see them on Amazon.
Do we need low profile trolley jack or will a normal one do?
was looking at Halfords but the low profile is much more.

I got a low profile one from Costco for about £95 works well and is very heavy duty.
