Headlight washers- disconnect?
Hi guys/gals,
After washing and waxing my car, I sometimes go out and need to use the window washers- light rain or crap on the window. The headlight washers then go off and I end up with washer fluid all down the side of a freshly waxed car- first world problem I know Can the headlight washers be turned off/disconnected? Not really needed in my opinion Anybody else have this life or death problem |

I was under the impression they were a legal requirement for certain types of lights. I haven't ever tested it but on previous cars with these if the lights are switched off the washers don't activate ?try that

I only use that 1 litre BMW w/screen washer liquid, mixed with 3 litres of water, much better stuff than what's in supermarkets. |

I switch them off as it annoys me when they squirt and it goes all over the bonnet
