I will never order anything else from Extreme Power House. They don't seem to have anything in stock and never reply to emails or answer phone calls. I've wasted a week of my life dealing with these clowns.

I'm sorry to hear that, our current inventory is around 500K but since we carry 22 000 products, it's tough to have everything in stock at all times.

I do respond to all forum messages within hours and sometimes sooner. I See you have never sent me a message.

We also respond to all emails, we ask for up to 5 business days in case we are running behind but it almost never takes that long.

As far as calls, we return all calls the same day. I check all the calls we got between 9am and 3pm pacific and make sure our reps called back. You either missed our callbacks or you called outside of business hours.
