27 years of M5. 27 years of Eisenmann.
Featured on BIMMERPOST.com Similarly, BMW’s M5 has been an expression of the same singular focus- the M5 has always been the best sports sedan in the world. Today we are proud to introduce Eisenmann’s F10 M5 exhaust system. The F10 M5 may be the best M5 yet, and the engineers at Eisenmann knew the exhaust system had to be equally impressive. Eisenmann worked with IND extensively to develop their new F10 exhaust system specifically for the North American market. The hand built construction of the Eisenmann exhaust allows for versatility in manufacturing and gives us a vast list of possibilities and options. Each Eisenmann exhaust system for the F10 M5 will be available in a Sport sound level for those who demand a discreet personality from their super sedan, and a Race sound level for a more extroverted driving experience. Three tip options are available- four 90mm round tips, four 102mm round tips, or four 120x77mm oval tips. Best of all the new M5 system can be built as a 100% 304 stainless steel exhaust system, or as a hybrid of stainless steel and the amazing material Inconel. IND will present the new F10 system to the public on May 19th at the BimmerFest Los Angeles show, but we will continue to update this thread and will release pricing information shortly. . . . . . . . Teaser

Decent. Doesn't sound much louder than a 550i with rear section.
I have heard a 550i with exhuast, custom x-pipe, catless downpipes. It definitely has a different sound than a na V8. |

wow. i love it.
I like in this video how the sound changed from a car moving close to the camera, into deep, robust, throaty exhaust sound after it passed the camera. |

Not as good as I was hoping for, but I don't think any car (non supercar) will sound like the E60 M5. Let alone the E60 M5 with an Eisenmman Exhaust.
Is that the Sport or the Race Exhaust? |

Sounds great Nate.
Will all the systems have a pneumatic switching system as the stock exhaust does? It appears it is designed slightly different than the stock units. Will the Inconel come in Sport too instead of just Race? Thx |

Wait, so what is the difference in the layout between the M5 TTV8 and the 550 TTV8 as far as the exhaust goes? Would this be a direct bolt on to the 550i as well?

Really digging the oval tips, I wish they had a picture of it installed. Sound doesn't sounds all that, but videos don't do exhausts justice. I know the eisenmann race for the e60/63 is pretty badass, especially when it's paired with evosport headers

Agreed
Totally agree with you. I was hoping that Eisenmann will bring magic to that blown V8... sadly it's not that much different. I guess it is easier to modify turbo charged engines (with ECU tuning) but not so with the sound of the car.
