Just came through the post. Dont know if the owner will be on here but car had fraudulent mileage via a mileage stopper/blocker when i had it. Soon got rid and money back.

Just fyi new owner

When I originally saw this thread i went straight out for a drive to test mine. I was a bit nervous to say the least.

It's incredible that the mileage counters are still so easy to defeat.

Also I find it bizarre that mileage alone is counted. Why not engine RPM statistics along with mileage? Max RPM count of times hit red line, total overall revolutions, running hours etc will all give a much better indication of past vehicle usage and likely wear /condition than mileage alone.
