Interior B Pillar Rattle?

Trying to figure if this rattle is common or not. I’ve got a interior rattle that’s getting worse. I’ve narrowed it to somewhere in the interior B pillar, driver side.. If i put pressure on it like pressing into it with a open hand it will stop (rattle returns when taking my hand off). It originally started at freeway speeds, over time it’s now happening at much slower speeds and more frequent, almost common now.

I plan to take the interior B pillar paneling off. Wondering a few things:
-is this common? Is there a specific spot I should look at first?
-anything specific to the M5 that I should watch out for when removing the panels?
-anyone happen to have f10 instructions to remove said panel?

Thanks all for the help!

I had that and lubed the B pillar air ventilation pivot slats a little then the rattling/ buzzing stopped.
